How
to make a booking
Once the availability of your chosen
accommodation has been confirmed by us, either by email or over the phone, you
can then ask us to make a provisional booking. The accommodation, including, where
requested, hotel and car hire arrangements, will be on hold until your deposit
payment of £250 (cheque only), as well as a completed and signed booking
form (click
here for a printable version of the booking form) are received by ourselves.
The deposit payment and the booking form must be received by us within 3 working
days. We will then send you a Confirmation Invoice and at that point a binding
contract will come into force between us.
